Years ago, in Cape Town, Leon introduced me to karate, and he spent hours with me in his living room training me to become a karateka, an ambition which I never fulfilled due to my own lack of physical prowess. But through Leon, I met his lovely wife Norma and his daughter Shifra. Shortly after Shifra was born, the family emigrated to Israel, and while I occasionally heard news of Leon's achievements , we did not see each other again, much to my sadness. I hope that Norma reads this, and remembers me. I wish long life to you and your family, Norma.
Pleae accept my sincere sympathy and condolences.
